The bridge type metallurgical/casting cranes produced by our company are mainly used for lifting molten metal in metallurgical, casting, and other places. According to the different structural forms and types of lifting mechanisms, metallurgical/casting cranes can be divided into the following three types:

1. LDY type metallurgical single beam crane uses YH type metallurgical electric hoist as the lifting mechanism, with a lifting capacity of 2-10t and a working system of A6.

2. The LHY type metallurgical electric hoist bridge crane adopts a double beam single trolley structure, with the YH type metallurgical electric hoist as the lifting mechanism, with a lifting capacity of 5-10t and a working system of A6.

3. QDY type casting bridge crane adopts double beam single trolley structure, with winch as the lifting mechanism, the lifting capacity is 5-70t, and the working system can reach A7. It mainly consists of bridge, trolley, hook beam, crane operation, and electrical components. The main hook lifting device is a fixed spacing hook beam used to lift molten steel ladle, and the auxiliary hook is used to cooperate with the main hook to pour molten steel, steel slag, and other auxiliary lifting operations.
